The Ditto-Amp™, part # DA1907SX, is a high
resolution 1-in 2-out VGA (VGA thru UXGA) distri-
bution amplifier designed to simultaneously feed a
local monitor and a distant monitor or projector.
The Ditto-Amp is ideal for use with LCD/DLP
projectors and other displays that utilize a 15-pin HD
(VGA-type) input connector.The local monitor out-
put is aligned for optimal performance up to approx-
imately 12 feet, while the main output is aligned for
optimal performance at 75 feet, with the capability
of driving as far as 250 feet depending on the signal
resolution and cable quality.
The LED indicator on the face of the unit performs
a dual function: it turns red when the unit is receiving
power and it turns green when the input senses an
active signal.This makes it easy to troubleshoot the
unit, especially in applications using laptop computers
(where it is not always clear if you are receiving an
active signal from the source.)
The Ditto-Amp is packaged with a 3-foot Male to Male
VGA cable (part # CB3703MR) for connection to the
output of a computer. Longer cables are also available.
The Ditto-Amp offers a compact solid metal enclosure
that can be mounted using optional hardware.The
Ditto-Amp also has step-by-step user’s instructions
on the face of the unit to allow for an easy installation.
